Method
- Add ½ tsp of oil to a frying pan, toss the chicken in the garlic granules, onion powder and Italian herbs and place in the hot frying pan, fry for a few minutes each side until cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and shred the chicken with two forks. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the soft cheese, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the shredded chicken. Add the other ½ tsp oil to the pan and heat over a medium heat.
- Place the wrap in the pan and add the chicken mixture to one half of the wrap, sprinkle over the mozzarella and fold the wrap over, fry for a couple of minutes until the underside is golden and then flip it over to the other side and fry until golden and crispy.
- Remove from pan and slice into two or three wedges with a pizza wheel, enjoy!
