Method

  1. Add ½ tsp of oil to a frying pan, toss the chicken in the garlic granules, onion powder and Italian herbs and place in the hot frying pan, fry for a few minutes each side until cooked through.
  2. Once cooked, remove from the pan and shred the chicken with two forks. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the soft cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix in the shredded chicken. Add the other ½ tsp oil to the pan and heat over a medium heat.
  5. Place the wrap in the pan and add the chicken mixture to one half of the wrap, sprinkle over the mozzarella and fold the wrap over, fry for a couple of minutes until the underside is golden and then flip it over to the other side and fry until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from pan and slice into two or three wedges with a pizza wheel, enjoy!
